In addition to your statutory rights, in the unlikely event that you should want to return your natural petals or have changed your mind, we are happy to accept your return if your order is received back 14 days or less following delivery.
All returns must be complete and unopened. We are unable to provide an exchange service.
Personalised or made to order items can not be returned unless a mistake has been made by us.
If we have you down for delayed dispatch and you need to change the date of dispatch for any reason then just advise us of the new wedding date and we will move our dispatch date for you and confirm the new date with you.
